We're hiring a Finance Transformation Manager to drive strategic change across our financial operations. If you're passionate about digital innovation, process excellence, and scalable systems, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and execute finance transformation initiatives across planning, reporting, and automation.
  • Design and implement solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of financial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation goals with business strategy.
  • Spearhead Anaplan system implementation and optimization.
  • Leverage automation tools and data platforms to enhance forecasting and decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously improve processes for performance and compliance.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience in finance transformation, ideally within fintech or digital banking environments.
  • Hands-on experience leading Anaplan system implementation.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and automation tools (RPA, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A bias for action and a passion for driving measurable results.
