The Finance Manager ensures the financial health and growth of the company by overseeing planning, cash flow, cost control, compliance, and reporting. In a fast-paced food distribution environment, the role manages landed costs, logistics and warehousing expenses, and working capital to optimize margins.

As a strategic partner to the President, the Finance Manager provides timely financial insights, KPI dashboards, and risk management to support data-driven decisions and expansion projects. The role also leads ERP/financial systems, banking relations, and internal controls.

Above all, the Finance Manager must uphold integrity, confidentiality, and loyalty, safeguarding sensitive financial data and ensuring alignment with the company's core values and growth objectives.

Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions to align financial health with company growth plans.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

  • Ensure healthy cash flow, optimize payables/receivables, and manage inventory financing to support operations.

Cost & Margin Control

  • Track landed costs, logistics, and storage expenses; optimize pricing and margins while minimizing waste/spoilage.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Oversee regulatory compliance (BIR, SEC, Customs) and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Management Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver timely financial reports and KPI dashboards to guide leadership decisions and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • At least 5–7 years in finance leadership roles, ideally in food distribution, FMCG, or supply chain-driven businesses.
  • Strong financial planning, modeling, and data-driven decision-making skills with ERP and Excel proficiency.
  • High ethical standards, with strict adherence to confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-compete policies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and embody PFC's values of Gratitude, Urgency, Service, Partnership, Integrity, Reliability, and Excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php85, Php100,000.00 per month
