About the role

N&M Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a talented finance professional to contribute to the strategic growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts and other essential reports
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws and regulations
  • Analyse financial data and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making
  • Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard the company's assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to drive their professional development

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field must be CPA
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the accounting industry
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations and leading a team of finance professionals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial reporting
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets and other financial management tools
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
