Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing PESO accreditation and prepare requirements for job fair participation
- Represent the company in LRA and Municipal Job Fair events
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining job descriptions
- Support recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing, initial screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in processing and monitoring government-mandated benefits and compliance
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower and HR-related requirements
- Manage and update job postings
- Perform additional tasks as may be assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in HR functions (e.g., recruitment support, employee relations, HR documentation, government compliance)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge in Canva or Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
- Familiarity with government-mandated processes (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, PESO) is preferred
- With strong personality
- Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
- Can start asap.
