SOLUTIONS TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively
  • Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the solutions/product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals and targets
  • Maintain company's contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details
  • Produce monthly sales reports
  • Ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, PMG Team and Customer Support and across the company.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for upcoming products/solutions, and for development and enhancement of existing products/solutions
  • Motivate all sales staff to share relevant data about the market in facilitating the ease of retrieval, recording, and use of information.
  • Negotiate the agreement terms and closing down sales
  • Monitor and report the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identify business threats and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology or any related course
  • Fresh graduates with customer service/call center experience are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication, writing and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision
  • Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers
  • Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure

Workdays:

Monday to Friday (7:30 am to 6:00 pm)
