This isn't just another sales job. As a Solutions Sales Executive, you'll be the face of our medication cart solutions, introducing hospitals to smarter, safer, and more efficient ways of delivering patient care.

You'll gain direct exposure to leading healthcare facilities, learn from a Territory Sales Manager with a proven track record of success, and develop the skills to progress into bigger sales roles. What You'll Do

  • Identify and connect with hospitals and healthcare providers in the Philippines.
  • Understand client needs and position our automation solutions to solve their challenges.
  • Execute sales strategies and consistently achieve — or exceed — your targets.
  • Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to ensure customer success.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
  • Report regularly on pipeline, activities, and outcomes to your Territory Sales Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years in sales (healthcare, medtech, or B2B preferred) — but high-potential fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, IT or similar.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
