We are looking for a high-impact Sales Executive in Manila who can drive revenue growth, close enterprise-level deals, and build long-term client relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for cybersecurity/IT solutions: pre-sales, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities (enterprise, SME, government) locally and internationally.
- Consistently achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs & revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, forecast pipelines, manage CRM, and track performance metrics.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, CISOs, IT heads, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, and operations teams to design tailored solutions for client needs.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitor offerings.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales and business development staff.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales revenue achieved (monthly, quarterly, annually) vs. targets.
- Deal close rate (% of proposals won).
- Growth of qualified sales pipeline.
- Average deal size and profitability.
- Customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell success.
- Proposal turnaround time and responsiveness.
- Accuracy of sales forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of proven sales/business development experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success in closing large deals and consistently meeting/exceeding KPIs under pressure.
- Solid technical understanding of cybersecurity/information security with ability to engage technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience selling to enterprise and government clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and high integrity.
- Experience managing sales processes, pipelines, CRMs.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
- Stable internet connection and personal laptop are mandatory for remote work.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Security, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $ depending on experience)
•Commission: 1.5% – 5% on closed deals (performance-based)
