About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join the dynamic team at PTC Commercial Corporation in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This full-time role is a crucial part of the sales team, focusing on account and relationship management.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs
  • Negotiate and close new business deals, securing profitable contracts
  • Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience
  • Participate in the development of strategic sales plans and contribute to the overall growth of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the sales industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of client accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions
  • Proficient in data analysis and using CRM systems to track and report on key metrics
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
