Account Manager

  • The general role of the position is to proactively generate revenues from the assigned and identified accounts by rendering account management skills.
  • Tasked to complete the whole selling cycle from prospecting, uncovering of opportunities, proposing, closing up to its 100% collection.
  • To establish a status to our customers especially to the key executives as their trusted solutions portfolio and how it can apply to the operations of our customers.
  • To perform deep coverage of the accounts with extensive data gathering. One should know the general business of the accounts and how our offerings should complement it. An account plan should be prepared to serve as a guide in covering key accounts, high potential accounts, enterprise clients, strategic projects.
  • Internally, one should be the account lead on one's assigned accounts. One should be able to tap the right resources both from the internal team and from the partners and principals.
  • Prepare proposals for customers. The extent or content may vary from a simple quotation to a complex proposal that includes an overview of the project, solution, architecture, services and support brief, and other pertinent details.
  • To manage the overall profitability of every deal being handled that includes payment terms of customers and suppliers, forex rates, all costs of the projects and the financial soundness of the project in general.
  • To timely submit weekly sales reports such as the pipelines, call plans, and other possible reports as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four year course
  • At least 2 years experience in account management on IT Solutions, hardware & software, cyber security and services.
