We are in search of a results-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This position is suited for seasoned accounting professionals who bring technical expertise, leadership, and strategic insight to enhance financial performance and drive business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
  • Safeguard the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data and records.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, local tax laws, and company accounting policies.
  • Maintain readiness for audits and coordinate with both internal and external auditors.

Process Improvement & Team Leadership

  • Establish and refine accounting workflows and internal controls to optimize efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and assess accounting team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Collaboration & Strategic Support

  • Work closely with other departments and external partners during audits and reviews.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support management in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

Special Projects

  • Manage or assist with special reports and ad-hoc financial initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA license preferred).
  • At least 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
  • Skilled in QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar accounting systems, with strong Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Background in financial planning, forecasting, and audits; ERP experience is a plus.
