About the Role
  • We seek a skilled Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for providing HR support, conducting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
  2. Statutory Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  3. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  4. Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
