Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor located in Central Visayas, Philippines. The Human Resources Supervisor will handle day-to-day tasks, including managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing performance management. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in HR management are a plus
