Senior HR Staff Position
  • About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Staff to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the following key areas:

  • Recruitment: Sourcing, initial screening, testing, interview; participating in career fairs and organizing job events.
  • Training & Development: Facilitating talent development programs, training plans, and calendars; sourcing providers, implementing, and evaluating/feedback; conducting onboarding orientations and other HR-related orientations.
  • Employee Relations: Spearheading company events and CSR activities, exit interviews, offboarding, newsletter, policy updates, etc.
  • Assisting in employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinating employee inquiries with the HR Team.
  • Preparing regular reports, presentations, posters, or flyers.
  • Performing other HR and Admin tasks/responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Behavioral Sciences, along with at least 3-5 years of work experience as a generalist focusing on Recruitment, Training & Development, and Employee Relations. Knowledgeable in MS Computer applications, good communication skills, oral and written, and ability to handle multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently.
