Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for ensuring on-time and complete packaging design and development by conducting various evaluations and laboratory tests that are in accordance with Green Cross, Inc.'s strategic marketing direction, benchmarks, and quality standards.
  • Responsible for designs and technical drawings of all packaging materials.

  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Documentation and Data Management

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering courses like Packaging Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Has at least 1 to 3 years of experience handling similar role gained preferably in FMCG/Packaging Manufacturing
  • Intermediate to Excellent knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to conduct data analysis, root cause analysis, physical-chemical analysis, and product packaging tests
  • Exposure to product packaging development and improvement
  • Intermediate to Excellent Verbal and Written Communications
  • 2D and 3D design
  • Manufacturing Packaging Equipment Utilization
  • Quality Validation, Root Cause Analysis, Prototype Sampling, Strategic competitor research, Project Management, Web and Literature Research
  • Solid analytical and observation skills
  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang
