Lemy AS, a Norwegian facility management, IT solutions provider, and information management company with representative offices in the Philippines, is seeking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.

The Business Development Specialist helps improve and support Lemy's property business and its related solutions (Semy, Hemy, and Nemy). The role focuses on
executing processes, helping teams coordinate
, and
improving systems
—especially those related to tenants, leasing, sales, marketing, and the development of Hemy 360.

  1. Tenant Onboarding & Offboarding

Executor / Facilitator

  • Handle the process of adding or removing tenants (P3 Tenant Process).
  • Make sure all tenant information, documents, and agreements are complete and accurate.
  • Manage the full onboarding flow for new tenants under the P51 Onboarding Property Business process.

  • Improve Business Processes

Executor / Facilitator

  • Help design, update, and improve the following processes:

  • P56 Lease/Space Process

  • P42A Leads to Sales Process
  • P3 Tenant Process

This includes:

  • Mapping workflows
  • Creating checklists and requirements
  • Ensuring processes are aligned with business needs

  • Planning, Reporting & Control

Facilitator

  • For the three major processes (Lease/Space, Leads to Sales, Tenant Process), assist with:

  • Planning workflows and schedules

  • Tracking progress and performance
  • Preparing simple reports and summaries for management
  • Coordinating with teams to ensure tasks are moving properly

  • Sales & Marketing Development

Executor / Facilitator

  • Contribute to the development of company profiles, branding materials, and marketing content for Semy, Hemy, and Nemy.
  • Help ensure consistent messaging and branding across materials.

  • Hemy 360 System Development

Executor / Facilitator

  • Support the development and improvement of Hemy 360 by assisting with:
  • The Property Business Purpose & Goal module
  • Agreements module (Hemy Main System - 10. Agreements)
  • User requirements, workflows, and testing
  • Coordination with developers and internal stakeholders

  • Development of Hemy 360 Solutions – Hemy Sales

Executor / Facilitator

  • Support the creation and improvement of sales-related features in Hemy 360 (Hemy Sales).
  • Assist in mapping lead management, sales tracking, and documentation flows.
  • Ensure that sales processes connect smoothly with tenant and property workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business opportunities and market trends
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Must be knowledgeable with CRM system such as Dynamics 365 Sales Hub or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in business development or a related role is a plus
