This person is responsible to provide Complete, On-Time and Accurate data and analysis as detailed in the following Scope & KPIs:

  1. Data extraction, consolidation, maintenance, and compliance monitoring of national reports to Sr. Specialist and SRG Manager which involves:

A. PMA reports

  • Sellout Report
  • CICO & Foot Traffic
  • Inventory Report
  • Display Report
  • Competitor Sellout Report
  • Competitor Display Report
  • Pricing & Promotion – Internal & Competitor
  • OOS (Out-Of-Stock) & LSR (Lost Sellout Report)
  • Other developing functions

B. National reports covering targets, masterlist updates & analyses.

  • Sellout Targets
  • MSL Targets
  • Display Report and MDS Targets
  • Other developing functions

C. Nationwide validation

  • Download, consolidate and monitor compliance of SVD or Sellout Validation Documents from SOSI.
  • Sellout validation vs. official SVD for incentives computation
  • Post-payout management involving validation concerns.

D. Other developing reports

2. Monitoring and updating data submission per report assignment. This covers updates in targets, compliance, and other validation required from business need.

3. Usage and Acceptability Test (UAT) on PMA fixes and builds with Sr. Specialist and SRG Manager, involving:

  • Actual test of all functions
  • Function monitoring
  • Report and findings submission

4. Other related reports as needed by SRG pertaining to continuous improvement, data analysis and collection of information.

5. Working together with the Sr. Specialist and SRG Manager in developing new projects, reports, and processes. This involves collaborating with other members of the team as necessary to ensure alignment of tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PMA Maintenance and Related reports Daily, Weekly & Monthly

KR will cover only items covering assigned report/s.

  • Extract and consolidate data per reports assignment on PMA
  • Timely submission of consolidated data to Sr. Specialist and SRG Manager for National report consolidation.
  • Monitor compliance and accuracy of PMA reports and relay directly to third-party for opportunities.
  • Deliver assigned data reports with updated targets and masterlist, and maintain dashboards with Sr. Specialist and SRG Manager
  • Monitor SVD compliance from manned & unmanned stores, and relay any submission gaps to SRG Manager.
  • Monthly conduct 100% validation of PMA sellout reports vs. official SVD documents from the dealers and consolidate for submission to SRG Manager
  • Co-manage auto-reply messages for SVD submission
  • Participate in PMA UAT (User Acceptability Test) together with Sr. Specialist and SRG Manager

PC & PCS Incentive (HSIP)

  • Collaborate with Sr. Specialist for Rewards & Incentives based on mechanics
  • Consolidation of responses to post-payout per channel assignment which will be submitted to the SRG Manager for alignment with the third party.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a 4-year College Course* preferably business or accounting or computer (*preferred with considerations)
  • Data management
  • Sales information management
  • Basic to expert knowledge in MS Excel
  • Good to excellent English and Filipino Oral, Written and Presentation Skills
  • Good to expert in data management.
