We're looking for a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Alabang, Muntinlupa City to manage employee rewards, statutory contributions, and benefits programs across our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, allowances, incentives, and insurance
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages
  • Support annual performance reviews, salary adjustments, and bonus cycles
  • Prepare compensation reports, proposals, and analytics for management decision-making
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, benefit vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Handle accurate posting and remittance of monthly contributions to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
  • Ensure timely processing and payment of SSS and Pag-IBIG loans
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date records of government-mandated contributions and loan payments
  • Ensure full compliance with DOLE reporting requirements, including submission of reports, monitoring holiday/premium pay compliance, annual employment reports, and other mandatory documentation
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll components
  • Assist in developing compensation policies, job evaluations, and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting & Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, or HR analytics
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of market surveys, job evaluation, and compensation benchmarking methodologies
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE compliance)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
