Role Description

This full-time on-site Pollution Control and Safety Officer role is located in Rosario. The officer will be responsible for ensuring company compliance with environmental laws, policies, and standards. Core responsibilities include conducting environmental impact assessments, monitoring and addressing pollution concerns, managing environmental compliance programs, and implementing strategies to mitigate environmental risks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold organizational environmental goals is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Policy to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Environmental Issues and Environmental Impact Assessment to assess and mitigate environmental risks.
  • Understanding of Environmental Law to navigate and implement compliance measures effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills for monitoring and reporting environmental performance.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sustainability, pollution control, or a related domain is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively across teams and ensure compliance with regulations.
