Position Summary:

Oversee the on-time and consistent implementation of Environment, Health & Safety programs and activities across the Cavite factory site to ensure protection of the Environment and preservation of life and property. Ensure compliance to the EHS Management Systems and OH&S hazards and corresponding controls. Results-driven and focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports company operations by implementing EHS programs aimed to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Maintain the Environment, Health and Safety Management Systems in conformance to the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Manage feedbacks, resolving issues and serving as a link between employees and upper management on EHS matters.
  • Ensures that all Work Permits are done properly and conducts Sub Contractor Safety Orientation and Compliance Monitoring.
  • Conducts Safety related trainings enforcement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical course.
  • With experience working in an electronics or semicon manufacturing set up.
  • With knowledge in Basic Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Familiar with ISO 45001, 14001 and Chemical Hazardous Waste Management is an advantage.
  • Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
