About the role

At Novarad Philippines Inc., we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager (CPA) to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within a leading technology company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  2. Manage the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
  3. Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to the management team
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
  5. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance the company's financial management
  6. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or related industry
  2. Demonstrable experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, with a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial management tools
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  7. Desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management
