Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor inbound payment files (ACH, Mastercard, Check, Wire) to ensure successful ingestion into internal systems
  • Identify and escalate file ingestion errors or delays to technical or operations teams
  • Reconcile daily transactions across multiple payment rails and platforms
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies; escalate to banks or internal teams when needed
  • Respond to inquiries from fintech partners and banks via Slack and email
  • Track and log exceptions, anomalies, or delays in payment processing
  • Assist with daily cash position tracking and reporting
  • Conduct weekly trial balance reviews to ensure ledger accuracy
  • Prepare reconciliation summaries and escalate unresolved variances
  • Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist with audit requests and documentation
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any elevant field
  • At least 3 years experience in bank reconciliations
  • At least 3 years experience in ACH, wire, check, and card payment methods in the US
  • Proficiency with tools like NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, and other ERPs preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Clear and professional communication, especially in written formats
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Computer Processor: At least i5, 8th generation for both primary and back up computers
  • Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
  • Computer OS: Windows 11
  • Extra Monitor
  • Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection)
