Position Overview

The Project Lead will be responsible for leading and managing activations projects from concept development to completion. This role requires a highly organized and strategic individual who can oversee project planning, execution, budget management, client coordination, and reporting. The Project Lead ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with client objectives and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of activations projects.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources (manpower, materials, budget).
  • Supervise on-ground activities, ensuring smooth and effective implementation.
  • Budget & Cost Management
  • Prepare budget proposals and cost estimates per project.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
  • Provide timely liquidation and financial reporting per project.
  • Client Service & Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
  • Provide excellent client servicing by addressing concerns, updates, and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare detailed post-activation reports, including ROI analysis and evaluation.
  • Document learnings and best practices for future projects.
  • Maintain organized project records and files.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Supervise, guide, and support the execution team and field staff.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations, Creatives, Logistics) for seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct project briefings and debriefings with the team.
  • Business Development Support
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new ideas and client pitches.
  • Contribute insights for proposals, activations concepts, and strategies.
  • Support the preparation of presentations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, client guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Manage risk assessments and troubleshoot issues during activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in project management, activations, events, or account management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent client service, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required by project schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
