What You'll Deliver

  • First 90 days: Assess resource allocation, strengthen capacity planning, establish governance, align timelines.
  • 6 months: Standardize PM processes, optimize resource utilization, deliver at least one major project on time and on budget.
  • 12 months: Ensure consistent on-time delivery, reduce resource conflicts, and introduce advanced BIM-integrated scheduling tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years in project management with resource/capacity planning experience.
  • Experience with BIM workflows or digital construction teams.
  • Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6; familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, or BIM 360.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
