Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated In-House Broker Project Lead to manage all brokerage activities for a specific project. This role will handle client acquisition, deal negotiation, and transaction completion independently, ensuring compliance and driving project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end brokerage activities for the project.
  • Source clients, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor performance and provide updates to management.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of brokerage or real estate sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and client-focused.
