About the role:
Are you an experienced project manger fluent in Japanese? We're looking for a dynamic
Japanese Bilingual - Project Manager
who can drive successful delivery of custom development solutions and application support projects. This is your chance to lead diverse teams, work with international clients, and make an impact while using your language and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in delivering custom solutions or providing maintenance and support for applications.
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and contractual deliverables.
  • Oversee staffing requirements, resource management, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Share regular status updates and ensure strong collaboration across multi-vendor teams.

Qualifications:

  • Has a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 4–8 years of project management experience
    in IT or consulting environments.
  • Fluent in Japanese
    (speaking, reading, and writing Kanji), with ability to translate English Japanese.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to estimate efforts, assess impacts, and take the lead in multi-vendor teams.
  • Flexible to work day, mid, or night shifts in Quezon City (Eastwood/UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu.

Preferred Skills:

  • JLPT N1–N2 certification.
