Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Initiation

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders.

  • Conduct risk assessment and prepare mitigation plans.

  • Project Execution and Delivery

  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams.

  • Assign tasks to team members based on skill sets.
  • Track progress using project management tools.
  • Coordinate quality assurance and testing processes.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload.

  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Provide regular status update to stakeholders and executives.

  • Facilitate project meetings (e.g. planning, reviews).
  • Manage changes in scope, timelines, or resources.

  • Resolve conflicts within the team or with stakeholders.

  • Monitoring and Control

  • Monitor and track the project budget and expenditures.

  • Ensure quality control on deliverables.
  • Manage project schedule and task dependencies.

  • Document project progress, decisions, and changes.

  • Project Closure

  • Ensure delivery of final project outcomes and handover.

  • Transition project knowledge to operations or maintenance teams.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend process improvements based on project experiences.

  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies effectively.

  • Other tasks necessary to carry out project management function successfully.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Audit, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Must have exposure in Audit, Finance, Systems Improvement and Implementation, and knowledge of the Real Estate Business.
