About the Role

We are looking for a
proactive Lead
to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will play a key role in leading local technical teams, coordinating with our China-based project managers, and ensuring the successful delivery of software development or testing projects.

This role is ideal for someone with solid technical expertise, strong communication and presentation skills, and leadership experience in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a local team of developers or testers.
  • Coordinate closely with China-based teams and project managers to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Manage project progress, task allocation, and delivery quality.
  • Participate in client meetings and prepare technical or status presentations.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
  • Take ownership of delivery results and support team performance growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in
    Computer Science
    ,
    IT
    , or related field.
  • Minimum
    4 years of experience
    in software development or testing.
  • At least
    1 year of experience in a Lead or supervisory role
    .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in client interactions.
  • Hands-on experience with
    C# / .NET
    or
    DevOps tools
    is highly preferred.
  • Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Willing to work
    on-site in Quezon City
    (day shift).
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage but not required.
