Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the team and management.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, events and client/company calendar.
- Prepare, file, and maintain company records, reports, and documents.
- Encode daily sales reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle petty cash disbursement, liquidation, and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of employee attendance and payroll.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
- Oversee office and equipment maintenance, supply requests, and inventory monitoring.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business-related course or Nursing underboard graduate (no prior work experience required).
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site in San Juan City.
