Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the team and management.
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, events and client/company calendar.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain company records, reports, and documents.
  • Encode daily sales reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle petty cash disbursement, liquidation, and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of employee attendance and payroll.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
  • Oversee office and equipment maintenance, supply requests, and inventory monitoring.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business-related course or Nursing underboard graduate (no prior work experience required).
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in San Juan City.
