Finance Administrative Assistant

The Finance Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the finance department. The role involves accurately recording financial transactions, maintaining records, assisting with financial reports, and supporting the smooth operation of day-to-day finance activities. This position ensures that all accounting and finance-related documentation is properly organized and updated in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Data Management & Encoding
- Accurately encode financial and accounting transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare supporting documentation for journal entries and general ledger postings.
- Verify transaction details against source documents to ensure correctness.
2. Document Preparation & Reporting
- Prepare, organize, and file financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
3. Administrative Support to Finance Team
- Assist with day-to-day finance administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Suggest improvements to financial record-keeping and administrative processes.
- Support special projects as needed within the finance department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
