JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree holder of any course

Open for Fresh Graduates

With 6 months - 1 year of experience as an Admin/HR is an advantage.

Amenable to attend interview

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

provides vital administrative support to a Human Resources department

Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)

Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures

Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly

Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
