At Guaranteed Estimates, we connect homeowners with trusted roofing contractors through high-performing digital marketing and appointment-setting systems. Our Inside Sales (ISA) team plays a crucial role, turning warm leads into booked roofing appointments every day.
We are a fully remote team of dedicated, high-performing A-players who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We are now seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop our remote ISA team based in the Philippines.
This is not a customer service role. It's a sales leadership position for someone who thrives on accountability, data, and developing people.
Note on Productivity Monitoring:
As part of our commitment to maintaining accountability and performance across our remote team, we utilize Hubstaff to monitor activity levels during working hours. While signed in to work, Hubstaff records screenshots at random intervals and tracks mouse and keyboard activity. This tool helps ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with team goals.

The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for managing and improving the performance of our Inside Sales and Appointment Setting team. You'll utilize data, quality audits, and coaching sessions to identify gaps, enhance conversion rates, and ensure that every call meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Manage day-to-day performance of Inside Sales and Setter teams.
Run daily huddles, 1:1 coaching sessions, and weekly team reviews.
Track KPIs such as Speed-to-Lead, Contact Rate, Appointment Rate, and Show Rate.
Build a culture of accountability, consistency, and energy.
Coaching & Development
Review QA and call recordings daily to identify performance gaps.
Deliver actionable feedback and personalized coaching.
Lead call calibration sessions and mini-trainings on tone, pacing, and objection handling.
Reinforce high standards for communication, professionalism, and follow-through.
Performance Optimization
Translate data from dashboards and QA into training initiatives.
Identify patterns in lead quality, tone, or script compliance.
Partner with Operations to improve systems and efficiency.
Maintain consistent improvement in conversion metrics.
Reporting & Collaboration
Report weekly on team performance, key trends, and improvement actions.
Work closely with the Director of Operations and company leadership to align sales performance with company goals.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members as the team grows.
What You'll Bring
3–5+ years of experience managing Inside Sales or Appointment Setting teams (10+ agents).
Strong coaching and performance management skills.
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and agent quality.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and call tracking systems.
Understanding of sales psychology, tonality, and persuasion techniques.
Experience working with U.S. or Canadian lead generation campaigns (preferred).
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₱190,000 – ₱250,000 PHP (based on experience and performance)
Monthly Bonus: Up to 20% of base for hitting team KPIs
Quarterly Leadership Bonus: ₱30,000–₱50,000 for consistent performance
