Finance Manager

Location: NAIA, Pasay City & Clark International Airport (Onsite)

Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Finance & Accounting department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month/year-end closing.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance procedures.
  • Manage tax computations, billing, treasury, AR/AP, and inventory control.
  • Liaise with external auditors and support fiscal audits.
  • Participate in budget planning and operational project implementation.
  • Supervise and evaluate department staff in collaboration with the Accounting Supervisor.
  • Maintain asset registers and ensure safety awareness within the department.
  • Handle inter-/intra-company transactions and reconciliations.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in non-corporate industries (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, facilities).
  • Strong background in general accounting, tax compliance, billing, inventory, and treasury.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced mathematical, accounting, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., MS NAV, SAP).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Willing to travel between NAIA and Clark Airport (company covers travel expenses and vehicle).
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in contract review, proposal writing, and financial analysis.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
