JOB ROLE SUMMARY

The Project-Based Accounting Staff will support the finance and accounting team in handling project-specific tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and complying with reporting deadlines. This role is temporary and tied to the needs of a specific accounting project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and verify accuracy of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
  • Process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing checks, bank payments, and vouchers related to project expenses.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding payment schedules and billing concerns.
  • Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts payable balances.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
  • Record and reconcile transactions related to the project.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and collection activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments for data collection and validation.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Perform other accounting duties as may be assigned related to the project.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course.
  • At least 1 year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Odoo).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work under tight deadlines and on a project basis.
  • Willing to work in Pasay City

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 10 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
