JOB ROLE SUMMARY
The Project-Based Accounting Staff will support the finance and accounting team in handling project-specific tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and complying with reporting deadlines. This role is temporary and tied to the needs of a specific accounting project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and verify accuracy of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
- Process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing checks, bank payments, and vouchers related to project expenses.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding payment schedules and billing concerns.
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts payable balances.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
- Record and reconcile transactions related to the project.
- Support billing, invoicing, and collection activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments for data collection and validation.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Perform other accounting duties as may be assigned related to the project.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course.
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Odoo).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work under tight deadlines and on a project basis.
- Willing to work in Pasay City

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
