Job Description

As a Compliance Admin, you'll be responsible for maintaining compliance data and documentation for global automotive projects, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. You'll manage price and cost updates, coordinate with global teams, and help meet international standards that define automotive excellence.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2-year degree or equivalent job experience in a related field
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Products
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Native-level fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • High-level analytical ability
  • Able to maintain progress on multiple projects concurrently
  • Able to follow defined methods and procedures to complete complex processes with a high level of accuracy

Your Daily Tasks

  • Enter and verify accuracy of data into multiple computer software systems.
  • Update Mass Production price/cost changes.
  • Initiate projects, gather and update information, monitor completion progress, and compile master draft submissions (IMDS, USMCA Content, Conflict Minerals, etc.) before customer due dates.
  • Communicate with group companies and departments within global operations as appropriate.
  • Correspond with various customers and suppliers to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Identify, research, and resolve data integrity issues in reports before final submissions (quantitative and non-quantitative analysis).
  • Maintain the master project tracking sheet daily for project completion verification by management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
