About Us

Q Print Group is a fast-growing Brisbane-based print, signage, and promotional products company. We support national brands across Australia and continue to expand our remote team as our production and client service volumes grow.

We are now hiring a high-accuracy, detail-focused Admin & Client Support Coordinator to assist our Australian team with order processing, quoting, reporting, and general operational support.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong admin capability, excellent English communication, and the ability to self-manage while delivering accurate work to deadlines. You'll support our production, sales, and account-management teams by processing daily tasks and ensuring customer follow-ups happen on time.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Order Processing

  • Enter and process basic client orders in our workflow system (PrintIQ).
  • Prepare simple quotes and assist with sales follow-ups (phone/email) across Australian time zones.
  • Calculate freight costs for order dispatch and distribution jobs.
  • Send customer updates, job confirmations, and follow-up email templates.

Administrative Tasks

  • Create, format, and organise documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Update computer records and maintain accurate job notes.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports from our system (PrintIQ).
  • Data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and template updates.

Operational Support

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for status updates.
  • Assist with project coordination and scheduling tasks.
  • Draft memos, transcribe meeting notes, and prepare summaries.
  • Create and maintain internal email templates and admin resources.

Preferred Experience

(Not all required — training is provided)

  • Admin, office support, or virtual assistant experience (1–2 years).
  • Experience in print, signage, or promotional products is highly advantageous.
  • Experience calculating freight or working with logistics is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with workflow or CRM systems (PrintIQ experience = strong plus).

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong English (written & verbal).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills for client interactions.

Tech Requirements

(Aligned with Deel EOR/remote compliance standards)

  • Stable Internet: 50 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up minimum + backup connection
  • Power: Backup plan for outages
  • Hardware: Modern PC/laptop (16–32 GB RAM recommended), webcam, headset
  • Quiet workspace suitable for calls and meetings
  • Remote team members are required to use their own suitable computer equipment.
  • Hardware capability will be confirmed during the interview and onboarding stages.

During onboarding, our IT team will install the necessary software, including mandatory security tools and compliance systems, directly onto the employee's device. In rare cases where specialised equipment is required for the role, management may approve a reimbursable purchase.

Work Setup & Hours

  • Fully remote.
  • Must align with AEST (Brisbane) — standard hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm AEST

  • Occasional overtime during peak periods (rare).
