Job Description:
- CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
- This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
Account 1 Qualifications:
- Open to HS(old curriculum)/SHS grads, college undergraduates and college grads with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Open to work at any sites (Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig)
- Amenable to work on shifting scheduled and during holidays if needed
Account 2 Qualifications:
- Open to college undergraduates and college grads with at least 1 year financial/healthcare/insurance work experience
- Good communication skills
- Open to work at any sites (Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig)
- Amenable to work on shifting scheduled and during holidays if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
