Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and emails from clients, patients, and stakeholders
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service bookings
  • Enter and maintain accurate patient/service records in internal systems
  • Support billing, invoicing, and general administrative duties
  • Liaise professionally with internal clinical and admin teams
  • Uphold privacy and confidentiality standards at all times
