About the Role

Universal is hiring a Customer Service & Administration Support to work with a trusted healthcare provider in Australia. In this role, you'll provide professional front-line support for patients, clients, and internal teams—ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and efficient healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and emails from clients, patients, and stakeholders
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service bookings
  • Enter and maintain accurate patient/service records in internal systems
  • Support billing, invoicing, and general administrative duties
  • Liaise professionally with internal clinical and admin teams
  • Uphold privacy and confidentiality standards at all times
