Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, or email.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products, services, or account-related inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the system accurately.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service setting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
