Overview

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for gaming event participants—handling inquiries, ensuring smooth event experiences, and supporting general administrative tasks. Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM GMT (UK Time)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates, which depend on performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Handle 100% email-based customer service inquiries from gaming event participants
  • Identify and categorize customer queries into appropriate response categories using established procedures
  • Send standardized responses following detailed standard operating procedures
  • Forward complex or non-standard queries to senior team members for resolution
  • Clear daily customer service inbox efficiently and maintain response time standards
  • Provide general administrative support during downtime between customer service tasks
  • Organize documents, emails, calendars, and to-do lists as needed
  • Schedule meetings and reply to potential clients when required
  • Maintain accurate time tracking and regular communication with the management team

Requirements
  • Excellent written English communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures precisely
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Experience with email management and administrative tasks (preferred)
  • Knowledge of gaming and gaming terminology is a plus
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to business needs
