This role is ideal for a Civil Engineering or Architecture graduate with foundational experience in façade, glass, and aluminum systems, eager to grow under the mentorship of senior designers and engineers.Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):Design Support & Drafting – Assist in preparing façade design drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.Technical Coordination – Work closely with senior façade designers, engineers, and project teams to ensure designs are accurate and aligned with project requirements.Quality Assurance – Support QA/QC by checking design details, material specifications, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.Core Competencies:Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering (license or board passer is an advantage).Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.Basic knowledge of façade systems, glass & aluminum works, and construction drawings.High attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.Core Values:Commitment to Learning – Open to mentoring and continuous development in façade design.Accuracy & Quality – Ensuring design work meets required standards and specifications.Collaboration & Dependability – Supporting the project team with professionalism and reliability.Key Result Areas (KRAs):Preparation of accurate façade drawings and technical documentation.Timely submission of assigned design deliverables.Effective support to senior designers and project teams.Contribution to design revisions, updates, and technical coordination.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):On-time submission of design drawings and documents (target: 100%).Accuracy rate of outputs (minimal revisions,
