We are looking for a Senior Draftsman with extensive experience in preparing and managing technical drawings for facade, glass & aluminum, and structural works in vertical construction projects. The ideal candidate is a proven drafting professional with a strong portfolio of significant accomplishments, capable of leading drafting outputs, ensuring technical accuracy, and mentoring junior draftsmen.

This role is critical in ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance of all drawing deliverables across project teams.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):

• Technical Drafting & Design Oversight – Lead the preparation, review, and quality control of shop drawings and technical drafts for facade, structural, and construction requirements.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship – Guide, coach, and support junior draftsmen to maintain accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in drafting works.
• Coordination & Compliance – Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings comply with codes, specifications, and project timelines.

Core Competencies:

• Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting Technology.
• Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software.
• Strong technical knowledge in facade, structural, and vertical construction drawings.
• Leadership and mentoring ability with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proven track record of managing drawing outputs for large-scale projects.
