About the Role

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Junior Structural Designer to join our growing engineering team. This role is strictly open to candidates with relevant experience in structural design, particularly in vertical construction projects, where accuracy, safety, and compliance are essential.

As a Junior Structural Designer, you will assist senior engineers in preparing design drawings, structural calculations, and technical documentation, while gaining valuable exposure to high-profile construction projects.

Core Functions:
  • Design Support & Drafting – Prepare structural drawings, technical details, and basic calculations under the supervision of senior engineers.
  • Coordination & Assistance – Collaborate with architects, project engineers, and senior structural designers to support design revisions and project deliverables.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance – Assist in ensuring that designs follow applicable codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
Core Competencies:
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred but not required at this level).
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in structural design for vertical construction projects.
  • Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, or SAFE.
  • Strong technical drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in structural engineering design.

  • Consistency in maintaining documentation accuracy (>98%).
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of exclusive experience in structural design for construction projects.
  • Proficiency in structural drafting and familiarity with design software.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to be mentored.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
