We're Hiring: Senior Façade DesignerLocation: Cebu City and Metro ManilaIndustry: Construction | Architectural Design | Façade EngineeringWe are looking for a Senior Façade Designer with extensive experience in façade and building envelope design for high-rise and vertical construction projects. This role requires a visionary designer who combines technical precision, creativity, and engineering expertise to deliver innovative façade solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):Façade Design & Development – Lead the design of curtain walls, cladding systems, glass and aluminum structures, ensuring compliance with architectural, structural, and environmental requirements.Technical Leadership & Coordination – Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and contractors to translate design intent into practical and constructible solutions.Quality Assurance & Innovation – Ensure designs meet safety standards, performance requirements, and industry best practices while introducing innovative façade technologies and sustainable solutions.Core Competencies:Graduate of Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering (license is an advantage).Proven expertise in façade design, curtain wall systems, glass & aluminum works, and building envelopes.Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and façade analysis software.Strong technical knowledge of materials, structural behavior, thermal performance, and building codes.Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.Core Values:Excellence & Innovation – Striving for cutting-edge design solutions that combine beauty, function, and sustainability.Integrity & Accountability – Ensuring designs are safe, compliant, and aligned with project goals.Collaboration & Professionalism – Working seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver world-class projects.Key Result Areas (KRAs):Accurate and timely delivery of façade design packages.Compliance of façade designs with project specifications, safety codes, and sustainability standards.Effective collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors during design and construction phases.Contribution to the company's design innovation and technical expertise.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):On-time delivery of façade design drawings and documentation (target: 100% within deadlines).Error-free design outputs with minimal revisions required (target:
