We are looking for a Senior Façade Designer with extensive experience in façade and building envelope design for high-rise and vertical construction projects. This role requires a visionary designer who combines technical precision, creativity, and engineering expertise to deliver innovative façade solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):
  • Façade Design & Development – Lead the design of curtain walls, cladding systems, glass and aluminum structures, ensuring compliance with architectural, structural, and environmental requirements.
  • Technical Leadership & Coordination – Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and contractors to translate design intent into practical and constructible solutions.
  • Quality Assurance & Innovation – Ensure designs meet safety standards, performance requirements, and industry best practices while introducing innovative façade technologies and sustainable solutions.
Core Competencies:
  • Graduate of Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering (license is an advantage).
  • Proven expertise in façade design, curtain wall systems, glass & aluminum works, and building envelopes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and façade analysis software.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, structural behavior, thermal performance, and building codes.
  • Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
