Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with DENR, LLDA, and other regulatory environmental requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain environmental management and pollution control programs.
  • Monitor and record emissions, effluents, and waste generation to ensure compliance with set standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports such as SMR (Self-Monitoring Report), CMR (Compliance Monitoring Report), and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate with government agencies during environmental inspections, audits, and permit renewals.
  • Conduct regular environmental audits and risk assessments within the company premises.
  • Promote environmental awareness and best practices among employees.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of environmental permits, clearances, and reports.
  • Assist management in developing policies for waste segregation, recycling, and proper disposal.
  • Serve as the liaison officer between the company and environmental regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Must be duly accredited or willing to undergo DENR-accredited PCO training.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in environmental compliance or related work (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of environmental laws, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
