Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing smooth of hotel's energy equipment and facilities operations.
  • Supervises PMS activities
  • Updates engineering's monthly Key Performance Indicators.
  • Prepares annual CAPEX and OPEX for engineering department including pollution control budget.
  • Manages engineering projects such as repairs, renovations, machine installation and modifications from dismantling to testing and commissioning.
  • Maintains good coordination with the Purchasing Department and other vendors for the purchase or lease of required equipment for project execution.
  • Maintains harmonious relationship with the Front Office, Sales and Marketing Department, Housekeeping and Security, Food and Beverage and other working departments to ensure all their technical needs are given adequately.
  • Administers contracts with vendors.
  • Performs rounds and inspections inside and outside the hotel to make certain that all the equipment and facilities are in good shape and functional.
  • Works as a fulltime Pollution Control and Safety Officer of the property.
  • Helps the management on inputs for more progressive operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
