  • Work with Departments for their open/vacant positions.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Post vacant positions and post openings thru online channels (Facebook), Job ads and in other appropriate venues.
  • Screening of resume to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements.
  • Conduct interview of applicants prior to endorsement to the requesting department for further assessment.
  • Verify references and do background checking.
  • Arrange interviews by coordinating schedule of interviewer.
  • Inform approved candidate of the start of training date and provide list of pre-employment requirements (to be submitted before start of training).
  • Coordinate with Training for the schedule of company orientation.
  • Support HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 2 months
