HR Staff

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Staff to join our team. The HR Staff will be responsible for handling day-to-day human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to both employees and management. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, record management, and assisting in company programs. The ideal candidate must also be flexible and willing to do field work if necessary to support HR operations outside the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee documentation, records, and HR-related files.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-related transactions.
- Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.) when needed.
- Address employee concerns and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
- Participate in implementing HR programs, training, and events.
- Perform other HR tasks assigned by management.
- Be willing to conduct field work when required (e.g., due process, government-related transactions, site visits).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 0–2 years of HR-related experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Willing to work in the field when necessary.
