Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are provided with a comprehensive orientation and necessary documentation.
  • Conduct new employee orientations to ensure smooth integration into the company.

  • HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and comply with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and file reports regarding employee data, performance metrics, and HR compliance issues.
  • Ensure that all HR processes adhere to Philippine labor laws and company policies.

  • Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs to enhance skills and support professional growth.
  • Maintain training records and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.

  • Other Administrative Tasks:

  • Support the HR Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports, presentations, and analysis for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Work Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry setting.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
