Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Staff - Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise job openings through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports.
- Assist in onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in an HR role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
