Job Title: HR STAFF
LOCATION - Salome's Pension, A. C. Cortes Ave, Mandaue, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisals.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR databases.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Prior experience in an HR role or administrative capacity is a plus.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
